At AVENTORIS LLC, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
Please note that shipping time estimates begin once your order has been shipped—not when the order is placed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
AVENTORIS is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
AVENTORIS is not liable for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, AVENTORIS primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates, delivery times, customs fees, and import duties may apply depending on your location.
